Start of Delivery Time

Our delivery timeframe begins once your order has been processed. You will receive an email confirmation with dispatch details.

Delivery Timeframes

• UK Mainland Standard: 2–3 working days
  
• UK Mainland Premium Fast: 1 working day
  
  Note: For next-day delivery, orders must be placed before 1 PM (weekends not included).
  
• EU Standard: 3–5 working days
  
• Rest of the World Standard: 5–7 working days
  

Import Charges

Shipping fees do not include customs or duties. These remain the responsibility of the customer and are determined by the receiving country’s customs office based on the shipment value.

Return Policy

30-Day Returns

We accept returns within 30 days from the day you receive your item. To be eligible:

• Items must be clean, unworn, and have all original tags attached.
  
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving your return.
