14-Day Returns
We accept returns on both full-price and sale items within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be returned:

Unworn, unused, and in original condition

With all original tags attached
-
In original packaging
Returns that do not meet these conditions will be refused.
Sale Items
Sale items are eligible for return within 14 days only.
No returns will be accepted on sale items after this period.
This does not affect your statutory rights in relation to faulty goods.
How to Request a Return
To request a return, contact info@fairdim.com within 14 days of receiving your order and include:

The item(s) you wish to return
Returns must be approved before being sent back.
Items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted.
Once approved, return instructions and a return shipping label will be provided.
Refunds

All returns are inspected upon receipt

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item shows signs of wear or use beyond reasonable inspection.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct item-for-item exchanges.
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style, please:

Return the original item in accordance with our returns policy

Place a new order for the desired item once your return has been approved
This allows us to process exchanges quickly and ensure availability.
