FairDim Shipping Policy

Start of Delivery Time:
Our delivery time begins once your order is processed. You will be notified via email regarding the dispatch of your order.

Delivery Timeframes:

  • UK Mainland Standard: 2-3 working days.
  • UK Mainland Premium Fast: 1 day.
    Note: For next day delivery, orders must be placed before 1 PM. This does not include weekends.
  • EU Standard: 3-5 working days.
  • Rest of the World Standard: 5-7 working days.

Import Charges:

  • EU Countries: For orders shipped to EU countries, Fairdim will take care of customs and duties charges. There will be no additional customs fee required from customers upon receipt of their orders. We aim to provide a seamless shopping experience for our EU customers.

  • Rest of the World: Similarly, the shipping fee does not include customs and duties charges. It remains the customer's responsibility to cover any extra charges. The exact amount is determined by the receiving country's customs based on the shipment's value.
