Where do you ship?
We currently ship worldwide. Shipping times and rates vary based on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery Timeframes:
- UK Mainland Standard: 2-3 working days.
- UK Mainland Premium Fast: 1 day.
Note: For next day delivery, orders must be placed before 1 PM. This does not include weekends. - EU Standard: 3-5 working days.
- Rest of the World Standard: 5-7 working days.
Do I have to pay customs or import duties?
Import Charges:
- EU Countries: For orders shipped to EU countries, Fairdim will take care of customs and duties charges. There will be no additional customs fee required from customers upon receipt of their orders. We aim to provide a seamless shopping experience for our EU customers.
- Rest of the World: Similarly, the shipping fee does not include customs and duties charges. It remains the customer's responsibility to cover any extra charges. The exact amount is determined by the receiving country's customs based on the shipment's value.
Important: To ensure smooth customs processing and avoid any delays, please provide the correct email address and contact number when placing your order.
How do I know what size to order?
We want to make sure you get the perfect fit! Please refer to our Size Guide, located on each product page, for detailed measurements and international size conversions.
- Compare the measurements in our guide with a similar item you already own.
- If you're between sizes, we usually recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit.

What’s your return policy?
14-Day Returns: We offer a 14-day return policy from the day you receive your item. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in the same condition as received – unused, unworn, with original tags, and in its original packaging.
- You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Initiating a Return: Contact us at info@fairdim.com to begin the return process. Upon acceptance, we will provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions for your package. Please note, items returned without a prior request will not be accepted.

Can I exchange an item?
Exchanges:For the most efficient exchange process, return the original item. Once accepted, place a separate order for your desired product.
Are your products sustainable?
Sustainability is a core value at Fairdim, and while we may not be perfect yet, we’re committed to continuous improvement. We work with suppliers who prioritize ethical practices and eco-friendly materials wherever possible. Many of our products use organic, recycled, or low-impact fabrics, and we aim to reduce waste across our production and packaging.
That said, as a growing startup, we’re still building partnerships and infrastructure that allow us to scale responsibly. We believe in progress over perfection and we’re always transparent about where we are on our journey.
How do I track the status of my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package in real time.
If you haven’t received your tracking info within a few days of placing your order, feel free to contact us at support@fairdim.com, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
How should I care for my garments?
Each piece comes with care instructions. Many items are hand-wash or cold-wash recommended to preserve fabric quality. We suggest air-drying and gentle detergents for best results.
Can I make changes to my order after placing it?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to accommodate changes. Email us as soon as possible at support@fairdim.com.
